Local musicians play on stage, serenading the contented folks who often simply come to the plaza to hang out with friends. Many of the vendors prepare their foods with local organic produce. People come to hang out on the grass or benches. Families come and have picnics. It's a delightful mix of friendly hubbub and super laid-back fun."
